I can not sign in on two devices

I have WYZE headphones. I first signed up on my Ipad, everything works, great, Then I tried signing in to WYZE on the iPhone. It says you are already signed into WYZE. It will not let me sign-in on the iPhone.

I have another set of headphones that I use on two Android devices. I can sign-in on those just fine.

I could use some help figuring it out.

I’m in the same boat. Except I can’t sign into 2 IPhones at th same time.

For me, it is not just at the same time. I deleted the app from the phone. Then I tried to log on with the IPad and it still said I was logged on another device.
