I opened my door one morning, forgetting to disarm the security system. The siren went off and when I disarming the system at the keypad, the siren did not shut off. I pressed to button on the hub which did not stop it. It finally stopped after I attemped to open the hub to get at the battery.
Anyone else ever had this issue? I don’t get why it didn’t stop when I disarmed the system.

It blows my mind that no one has had this problem. I cancelled the monitoring service because of this issue and the fact that they allow only one contact. Because of that, I got a police visit because of a false alarm when Noonlight failed to notify me because I wasn’t tethered to my phone at the time. Things will have to change before I consider signing up again.
