vacuum shows “always cleaning” sq ft , batery % & time are all locked at the same they were at 10 minutes. the only part of the vac app that works is the map and location of the vac in the house. i have unpaired from the app… deleted from the app and zeroed the cache and it just picks up at the same place when the vac is added back. physically the vac works fine if you start it manually. other than that , the app doesnt work. i have less patients than most on this forum … i am returning and getting my money back and never want to see a wyze vacuum again. UPDATEAS OF 1/17/21 IN THE PM EVERYTHING IS WORKING PROPERLY NOW (fingers crossed)
