Howling sound recorded (Every hour)

Hi everyone, wondering if anyone can help me identify a howling sound captured on my Wyze cam. The cam is indoors and the same sound is captured about every hour. See/hear attached video file

Can you hear it if you are in that room? It is every hour at the exact time?

Sounds like the HVAC turning on.

This is a new place so I haven’t moved in yet. When I’m there I don’t hear anything audible.

All air (heat and cooling) is turned off

Water heater (I know mine has a blower attached to it)?
