How to submit a support ticket online?

Is there any way to contact support through an online ticket system? I’ve never contacted support before, but as far as I can tell from reading previous threads there used to be a way to submit tickets online. Currently, at the top of the forum it says to ‘please contact us by filling out this form’ but the link leads to a support chatbot. Also, on the Help Center page there is a ‘submit a request’ button that leads to the same support chatbot. There doesn’t appear to be any way to submit a ticket through the chatbot either (as far as I could find). Is calling the support phone number the only way to get support now?

The “bot” will connect you to a live support employee chat or to a way to create a ticket if you answer “no” to the “did this help?” If it’s stated that you’re chatting with a Wyze employee, you definitely are, not a “bot”.
I would suggest calling if possible, you’ll get a faster response.
