How to reset Wyze Scale (Not S)?

I bought open-item Wyze scale and it recognized me as a “second user” who has limited access.

Can I factory-reset Wyze Scale( not S)?

WHSCL1 has a factory default. My scale starts when you put the battery in then it drops off when you go to connect to it. Where is the reset button on the WHSCL1???

No one ever replied to this. Everything says there’s a reset button but I can’t locate it. Where is the reset button on the wise scale WHSCL1? Despite changing the batteries several times the display won’t activate. Anyone have any ideas?
