How to get warranty on a new V2?

Brand new V2 i had bought with a sense kit for the extra sensors, plugged it in today to set it up and the light never came on and it started getting warm in my hand then started smelling burnt just as i unplugged it.

The warranty support area says open a ticket but the option is not there in the pop up box.
