How on earth does one submit a ticket for support these days?

I go to the support tab, click Submit Request… and it pops up a chat window. and it’s an endless loop of options that don’t help at all. Then ultimately it asks to rephrase the question? How many variations of “submit a request for help” do I need to come up with before I find a form to fill out to get a little help with a camera problem?
Sorry if that comes a crossed as rude, but I’ve been incredibly frustrated with this outdoor camera battery issue, only to get even more frustrated with the website.

Try that route during the day and support chat should be an end option to chat with a wizard to create a ticket. I’d actually recommend call them and actually talking to someone.
