How in blazes do you file a warranty claim?

Been going around in circles trying to find a link to start a warrenty issue, can someone help me?

I tried to follow the instructions, I assume you did too. It is a miserable maze.

Like their products so unbelievable their algorithm to file warranty claim is a total failure. There is no exit to the maze. Is it on purpose?

They designed it, so by definition, it was on purpose.
Also, they ignore complaints about it so that tells me it’s working as planned.
