Just dumb luck that I hit the back button and focus went back to the app with te countdown.

I saw the back button mentioned elsewhere too:

Hello @fcwyzecamuser, When I got to that step, I hit the back arrow at the top left of the app and it took me to the connection timer. It started the connection after I did that. Hope this works for you. It only took about 15 secs to successfully connect.
