Home Monitoring system - Entry pads

I am planning to order the Home monitoring system. I have the below questions:

  1. We have 3 doors and 25 windows. Do we need the Entry pads for each of these?

  2. How long the monthly service charge remains at $4.99?

You would only have the numeric keypad at the doors that you are most likely to enter/exit.

The amount of door/window sensors you install is up to you. You could do every window and door in your house if you feel the need… (May be a bit over the top… but possible… The HMS hub can support up to 100 total devices.) At minimum, i would think you would need a door/window sensor at each of your doors. And one at or close to all your first level (ground level) windows.
