Is there a fallback for the system incase the internet connection collapses?.. or what about electricity?
Is there an ethernet cable on the hub?
Is there an alarm on the hub, keypad, or neither?
The hub is powered from your wall outlet and has a battery backup. If the hub has no Internet connection, the system can’t notify the monitoring company (Noonlight) of an alarm, but the system will still work locally. The hub does not have cellular backup.
Yes, you can connect the hub to your router via Ethernet or WiFi.
The siren is built into the hub. The keypad is merely an input device. Your phone will also alert you.
