good evening guys I use the simple version and yesterday they stole me. in motion I found the snapshot with the 12 seconds and his face appears a little at 09 and 10 seconds after that I can continue it in the red line that shows there definitely shows the face. please who knows a help. thanks

I’m assuming you mean the red line that shows at the end of the free 12 - second event clips?
Do you have Cam Plus or a micro SD card setup to record?
If you only use the free 12 - second event clips, that’s the only video available unfortunately.

Yes, if you have an SD card installed, just click on the SD card “Playback” icon at the bottom of the event video to install jump to that exact moment on the SD card. Then you can watch as much as you have your SD card set to record.
