HELP - Camplus upgrade problem

I’ve had one cam on Cam plus monthly subscription since it’s inception. That cam is 800 miles away in Virginia. I bought another subscription to use on one of my Mississippi Cams and decided to upgrade the one in Va from monthly to annual.
The upgrade booted the one in Virginia OFF camplus!
Now I see “upgrade” instead of a checkbox.
I DON’T WANT TO UPGRADE A WORKING CAM I CAN’T GET TO!!!
Who do I talk to to get the cam put back on camplus???

I recommend contacting customer support first since this is the preferred method. If the Wyze Wizards can’t resolve your issue, then we can try to escalate this on up the chain.

!5 minutes on hold, gave up.
The issue is won’t let me assign the camera that HAD been working with camp plus (monthly) to cam plus (annual) unless I upgrade the F/W. And I won’t chance upgrading the F/W since I won’t have access to the camera for months and it’s working fine.
I’ve had too many cams not do an upgrade without manually unplugging them and or more.
I just wanted to upgrade an existing license from monthly to annual.
