Headphones iPhone calls incoming not picking up and other

Good Morning-
I phone 11 pro max recent iOS update think it’s 14.4.2 or .4. Headphone firmware updates. So I connect the headphones via the Wyze app and I see under Bluetooth the headphones are connected under 2 different types. One is Wyze head phones and the other is LE-Wyze headphones.

When I have incoming calls the Waze headphones won’t answer the call and let’s say I make a call or using them for a call sometimes it will drop the call from the headphones.

Only think I can think is not use the app to connect and/or they are connecting to another device in the house such as my wife’s iPad which then drops my call from the headphones.

Any suggestions. Thanks.

I have this too. How did you resolve it? Did Wyze or anyone else ever reply?
