So when I view my feeds in group mode I don’t have a problem. It takes several seconds till they all show up live but then it’s fine. The problem is when I click on an individual camera to get a better view. Then it gives me connection errors.
I have had similar issues. I follow this procedure which always fixes it for me. YMMV but it’s worth a shot.
- Force close the app.
- Unplug each camera for 5 seconds and plug them back in.
- Open the app and try again.
This is my “Nuclear” option and is usually not needed but sometimes it’s the only thing that works. If I still don’t get any joy I add step 1b which is to restart my router and network.
Try stepping down to a lower resolution. This allows me to connect at 360 then step up to SD after connection.
Thanks for the suggestions. Gonna try them. I want to subscribe to the cloud storage but not if the cameras won’t connect
