Having connection issues

So when I view my feeds in group mode I don’t have a problem. It takes several seconds till they all show up live but then it’s fine. The problem is when I click on an individual camera to get a better view. Then it gives me connection errors.

I have had similar issues. I follow this procedure which always fixes it for me. YMMV but it’s worth a shot.

  1. Force close the app.
  2. Unplug each camera for 5 seconds and plug them back in.
  3. Open the app and try again.

This is my “Nuclear” option and is usually not needed but sometimes it’s the only thing that works. If I still don’t get any joy I add step 1b which is to restart my router and network.

Try stepping down to a lower resolution. This allows me to connect at 360 then step up to SD after connection.

Thanks for the suggestions. Gonna try them. I want to subscribe to the cloud storage but not if the cameras won’t connect :woman_shrugging:t2:
