Has anyone replaced their HMS Hub and that "Fixed" the Low Siren Volume issue?

Still no volume for the siren alarm on my HMS. Received a replacement hub today (#3) but am tired of having to re-pair and install 30+ sensors just to find out that the volume still isn’t there. This morning had a false motion alarm but never heard the alarm (I’m sleeping at 5:30 am) so the Police got called…Not happy. Engineering just keeps closing my tickets saying that they don’t have a fix so there is nothing that they can do. If Wyze would just give me my$ back I would be gone! After 7+ months or so I am exhausted waiting/hoping that the Company I used to love would make it right.
