I purchased 2 outdoor Cams on 6/24. I have my confirmation form Amazon and was billed already, but Wyze does not show my order. I have tried to contact Wyze though support and have not been contacted back. I did find an email address, “support@wyze.com” but only got a automatic reply saying the email “unmonitored” and use the support from the website. not sure what to do, anybody have any suggestions?
