@Customer is correct. This is a bug Wyze has acknowledged.

Grayed out "playback" button in cloud events

This is a high priority for Wyze and we are working on it. The recording are still there as pointed out, but I do apologize for it being so cumbersome currently with the broken playback button.

Wyze Updates

I have 5 Wyze cameras in use daily. I bought into Wyze because of the SD feature and because the consumer did not have to use cloud storage. Why is Wyze updating the cameras to the point that the consumer almost HAS to use cloud storage to view video playback instead of recording to the SD card?

Is it just me or something happened to the app?

I can’t see event when I have SD cards on all of my cameras, it keep telling meTo our chance the subscription and I used to do it for free.

Cam plus lite do I have it or not?
