So trying to figure out what’s going on with my cam. All of a sudden it started with this grainy video and a purple-pinkish section on the side. I’ve tried restarting with a power cycle but other than that no clue. Pics attached.
Any ideas?

Wow, I’m disappointed to see that this was posted 1 year ago with no reply or apparent resolution, because I’m dealing with nearly the same issue: there is a yellowish, grainy appearance on my camera. I am not shooting through glass. I have cleaned the lens and reinstalled, and toggled night vision, SD/HD, and other options on and off. No change. The picture just looks terrible. I’ll keep searching the forums…
@typeone1969 It was a faulty device. Was handled via support request and warranty replacement.
