Got no answer from before on my defective lock

Hey guys, I wrote about this issue months ago and I thought I was going to get some answers about this issue but I didn’t. Even tho a few on the wyze member chimed in there was no resolution. My issue: anyone have the issue where their locks can’t be unlocked unless your inside the house or right outside the house? I’m asking cause they advised that you can unlock the lock anywhere in the world but I can only control the lock when I’m within wifi or Bluetooth range.
