Getting video data........... fails with outdoor cam

Is anyone having issues with their outdoor cam not connecting and receives the message “Getting Video Data” and fails after the 3rd attempt while on the app away from home? It also doesn’t record events while away also.

The only time the live video coverage or the monitoring feature works is when I’m home connected to my internet with my cellphone. Any time I try to access the app or video on my cellphone away from home I get the troubleshooting message after 3 failed attempts connecting. So currently when I need the cam to work - it doesn’t.

I tap on the base station while away and shows it’s connected.

My indoor cam works fine while away or at the house.
