Hello. Theres a feature in the app for geofencing(Detection Zone) in detection settings. But I’ve never been able to get it working. When I go to detection settings to set up up, the green line expands full screen then reverts to the manual grid I made before.
The problem im having is that I get notifications for motion outside the green grid I manually made. Like people on one edge of screen show up and my manual grid is for an edge on opposite side of screen. Lot of times the clips don’t even show people going near my manual grid… Its been this way as far as I can remember and with person detection and cam plus being subscription based this year, you’d expect for a working geofencing as well.
Does anyone experience this problem and found a solution? I’m looking for troubleshooting help.
