Actually, I’m of the opposite opinion, I lost confidence in using the QR Code to determine my garage door was closed or open (See my post here: DO NOT USE the "Close the Garage Door Rule or Shortcut" until you understand that it might OPEN, then CLOSE the garage door)
I’d like the GDC to have the option for those of us with a Sense Hub (HMS or no HMS) to be able to use the status of a Entry Sensor V2 for the actual position of a garage door (Closed or other than fully closed). See wish list item: (Allow Garage Door Controller to use Wyze Entry Sensors to determine door is open or shut)
I’m onboard with the integration of the Wyze Sense system (HMS or non HMS) and the GDC system as well
