Fix base station

So my base says it’s connected to another account. And I can’t return it as I don’t have the receipt and I didn’t buy it from wyze themselves… and I understand it supposedly can’t be factory reset as some security feature so what am I to do then as far as being able to use what I purchased ? There has to be a way to fix this problem .

Take/send it back to where you purchased it for a refund. You don’t have one piece of paper/email/order number from when and where you purchased? Or if you purchased from a private party have them delete it from their account with the app. That’s the only two things I can think of.

Why can you return it?, call your credit card Co. And file a case
