Have you tried different SD cards? How big are the ones you are using? Try something smallish formatted to fat32 (8gb? 32gb?)
Have tried using (2) different SDs, Each 32GB. and formatted for Fat32. File size of demo.bin is over 10GB, so next size down would be 16GB, which I don’t have in hand. I have several greater than 32GB but notes say v2 camera can’t handle it. THXs
The file is only 10MB not 10GB so any SD Card will work. What OS did you use to create your SD Card?

Did you check to be sure you don’t have a double extension on the file like “demo.bin.bin”? Windows is known to do that .
Kind of same thing happened to me.
Wyze Cam Pan was gifted to me and i didn’t needed it at that point of time.
and had been sitting in an unopened box for 2 years.
I had to setup now, so i opened it and all the setup went fine.
Then it asked for Firmware update. then Yellow light… Grr…
This is crazy.
Would you be able to send me that older version file.
Currently they only have version 4.10.9.1433 and above for download.
Even more crazy part is they wouldn’t let us download older versions.
