False person detection

I signed up for person detection every evening I get false alerts over and over again definitely doesn’t seem worth it. The camera overlooks my driveway. Only person notifications are on

What are the false event videos recording? Is there any large changes in light near the camera? How close is the camera to the street, is the street busy?

Yes there are quite a few cars going by I only have person detection on and it keeps picking up people but there’s no people there

I had the same issue. I reduced the detection zone area and tweaked the sensitivity level. Now, it detects and alerts for people walking by but no alerts for vehicles, although it records them… which is fine.
