I have question of my cam connection.
I use wyze pan cam v1 on android(samsung galaxy s10 plus and android version is 12). from sveral weeks ago, I have problem to use wyze app. It makes 'failed to update device list(error code -1), and do not work. futhermore, I cannot get sharing list and other information.
WHAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF IS that is to occur only when I use WIFI(wifi has no problem and I already checked). but as you know, wyze cam use wifi connection so I can face this problem everytime. only way to avoid this problem is use CELLULAR HOTSPOT CONNECTION INSTEAD OF WIFI.
I really want to fix it asap. My baby crying every night , so I really need wyze cam.
