Opened the app this afternoon and every camera and sensor is now gone. I had it open this morning when I adjusted a camera, so I’m at a loss as to what happened. Didn’t have any issues after the breach, only seems to have come up now. Anyone else having issues?
Same thing. Seems others have as well. All my events keep triggering (lights turning on, camera triggering etc) but I can’t go to the devices. Reinstall and log out and log in did nothing
My cameras are gone. App stalls on Add New Device
Stalled out on ‘Add New Device’ so I uninstalled/reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. After the new login everything just appeared again.
Thanks. Restarted phone and network couple times and they came back.
