With the proliferation of rules and triggers that produce Automation Smart Alert Notifications, ALL types of Event Videos should be listed in the filter settings page.

Going to have to bump this again!
There is no event filter option for a “smart video alert” event video produced from a motion sensor rule upload.
If any filters are set for any type of event, even Motion events which is what initiated the video, it will not show in the event list.
Every possible type of video needs to have a selectable filter.
