I ve been having problems for ovet a werk mow and now I have this. How dow I fix this? Reinstall cameras again?

Why is there a start button on the screen, there never was before. It does not play video, cant see recorded events.
What version are you using, and how did you arrive on that screen, was it by tapping on the notification or did you go in through the list of events
I think it was from app, events button. But now it is working, at the moment anyway.
I lost all three cams recently, been having problems since. Vacation coming up, bad timing. Thanks
