I never ended up picking picking up any Eufy products but I know a lot of users here have multiple systems including Eufy.

Yeah that low number sounds like BS. Anecdotal of course but one of two editors cited had the issue in the article.

I would not be surprised if that number was wrong and the official response is pretty sparse. Makes me appreciate how things like this are addressed in the wyze ecosystem.
