Error 27 for 7 days now

It was working great and now I cannot connect. Unplugged, turned off app, etc. still same message. Frustrating and any help would be welcome. Thanks!

What specifically is error code 27? 7 month old article covering error codes did not have 27 listed.

Couple days ago had to unplug a v2. Plugging back in “error code 27” popped up. Followed the instructions. Camera working fine. Wifi strength has been +95%, but live in an internet desert. 3-5mbs download with occasional drops into kbs. Local connection issue?
