Entire system is down. Cameras, sensors, bulbs, locks. Anyone else having this problem?
No, not currently.
I have a few questions:
- Has your router reset or been unplugged recently?
- have your devices lost power recently?
- how far aye your devices from your router.
- is your network 2.4 GHz, 5GHz, or combined?
You might want to try power cycling (unplugging and plugging) the devices that aren’t working.
Everything is back up now. Looks like everything was down for about 5 hrs. Based on when video capture stopped.
Glad it’s working!
Oh and I didn’t do anything. It just came back on its own.
And internet was not down. Other smart home devices did not have an issue.
