I am able to setup Alexa routines with my Wyze smart bulbs, but I have not been able to figure out how to do it with my Wyze smart plugs. They show up in the Alexa device list, but when I go to create a routine, I can’t figure out how to select them. Is this possible?

I was curious about your question. Sure enough, Alexa doesnt show the plugs as a trigger. It only shows the contacts / motions sensors.
I have multiple plugs and either use them through the wyze app directly or use IFTTT.
You can however use another type of trigger (sensor / voice / etc.) to turn on the plug.

Plugs were at some point after the OP available as an Alexa routine trigger. Most recently, however, they have disappeared again. I’m investigating to see if I can find out what happened.
