so if I have a backup wifi wyze cams seems to have trouble connecting to it. If they reboot its no problem connecting to a second access point with the same ssid and password. is this designed as such or possibly an issue. some devices during wifi setup actually have an option to ignore bssid and use essid only without requireing a reboot.
