When I go to download the app, it will get me to the log on page. When I log on the screen disappears. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no difference.
Help !!! Just got the camera, it worked the first time, set and everything, and then crashed.
If you are using an android device before you delete the app I would clear the app’s cache, then delete and reinstall the app.

In addition to clearing the cache there is an option to clear the data for an app. Did you try that as well?
