Doorbell quit working

We installed the video doorbell 2 days ago. It was working fine for about 18 hours, and yesterday just quit working. Checked power with volt meter, and the power is fine, but no lights on the doorbell itself. Pulled the plug on the back and plugged a micro usb cord into it and nothing. No lights, no power at all. We have no clue what could have caused it to die like that. Any suggestions? Should we just return and replace?

I would definitely contact support on this one, it sounds like something failed hardware wise.
