Doorbell connectivity issues

I successfully connected the Wyze doorbell and it was working normally, the next morning it was disconnected with the error-90 displayed in the app. I researched and did all of the suggestions, reset, restart router (Apple time capsule), restarted base station, etc., finally unplugging the electricity connection and letting it sit for 10 minutes. When attempting to connect it as factory fresh the yellow light comes on for about 7 seconds, off for 3 then back on for 7. It’s not blinking in the same sense as the app demonstrates. It does not get to the next step of speaking about connecting. Any ideas why it is doing this slow blinking and how to get it set up at this point?
