I am subscribed so my screen looks like this. If you are subscribed you will see the same:

You can choose Custom Amount then enter 0 for the amount.

That would normally happen if you have not subscribed to CPL. Follow these steps to see if you are subscribed and if not to subscribe: Go to your services page from a computer Wyze Home Monitoring Service Check to see if Cam Plus Lite is listed as a subscribed service.
