The digital thermometer I bought through Wyze in April has stopped working, Have put new batteries in. The iHealth user page (https://ihealthlabs.com/support/thermometer/pt3) is now just a 404. Did Wyze buy inventory from a failed company? How do I get my money back?
@danwriter If you bought the thermometer from Wyze, you will need to get in touch with Wyze and let them know you’re having problems with the thermometer.

404 sounds like url un reachable.
May be you need to register in tge app again. so data can go east.
Web sites have moved and deleted pages since the dawn of the world wide web. The 404 error means the web site is still up. They have at least one currently working product page for a thermometer at https://ihealthlabs.com/products/no-touch-infrared-forehead-thermometer
I’ve bought several things directly from them and have been satisfied.
