Did anyone else's account get deleted?

Hi all,

I just logged into my account via a web browser (Chrome and Brave) and my account was deleted.

All my records of orders placed and pre orders pending have been removed.

I was able to create a new account with all the same exact log in information, but all my data is gone.

I am hoping to find a fix for this.

I have not heard of this happening before, I would contact support and see if there is anything they can do

On the line now. Will post what I find out.

Apparently I was somehow logged into the Wyze Staging environment. wcstaging was at the beginning of the url.

I routed back to wyze.com and my account info and everything is golden now.
