just went into my app and got this message. Already powercycled and it didn’t work. Suggestions? I just changed my wifi key. Could it be that?

Yes. You have to add the device again. You don’t have to remove it first. If you give it the same name it will replace your camera and keep the existing settings.
I can confirm, I set up a new router last night and had to go through and re add all my devices again. make sure names and spelling are the same as they were and all will work like they did before ( rules and shortcuts too)
