You need to give us some information to work with.
How much difference?
What kind of phones?
What firmware version in the camera (although that should not be the issue in this case)?
What app version on the phones?

The time delay on one phone is between 10-15 seconds.
The are both LG V30.
Firmware is 4.36.0.252 update yesterday
Android Version 2.18.18

Are the phones connected to the same WiFi as the camera?

If not, are the phones with the same service provider?
