December 21 2018 App

I installed the new App version and got a new camera the next day but it wont let me add a the new camera to my network. may other cameras still work fine. So I know the camera should beable to connect to the network I think the app is blocking my camera from being added due to some bug.

You might want to go ahead and submit your ticket now as there is somewhat of a backlog. If you end up getting the issue resolved before support contacts you, then you can always let them that it’s already resolved.
