We have the Wyze deadbolt system that allows you to remotely lock and unlock a deadbolt. It used to work fine. But now it only works if we are standing at the door, our location is turned on, etc, etc. If we are away, it can’t seem to connect. What could be the problem and how do we fix it? At this point, it’s just a manual deadbolt.
