Customer Service is horrible. My base station stopped working. I was promised a replacement but I have been without service for a month. Nobody cares at all.
Do you have a Ticket Number for this? if you do, can you post it here?
One other question, when did you reach out to Wyze so I can see about helping out? I will see about forwarding the info when I get the additional details.
I first reached out on 5/6 and was given order #017784378…I was told 1-3 business days and it’s been nothing but waiting and more waiting
