Trying to establish an open dialogue with Wyze Customer Service, has anyone been successful capturing an email address with a senior customer service manager or maybe a Vice President?
I have called the Wyze Wizard team numerous times and have also logged a bunch of service tickets, with no results. No one ever calls back.
I am sorry you have troubles with support reaching back to you, I will see if I can get someone from WYZE to look into that, do you have any support ticket numbers you could post.

Can’t say I expect anyone to really care that I did not receive the thermometer, Customer Service does not respond, lost all faith in Wyze.
Well I care, I just don’t have all the power, I am just a user but I am pushing these threads hard to get answers. I do know someone is working on them as I have seen answers in a few threads so hopefully you hear something.
