Where I store my vacuum I can’t plug it in. I fully charged it and then put it in the closet but when I go to use it in 4 days the battery is dead. It doesn’t seem to hold the charge. Is this normal or do I have a bad battery?

I just checked my stored cordless vacuum charge by plugging it in for a second, and it is still @100% after a couple weeks of inactivity. If yours is otherwise I’d contact Customer Support:
