Continuous Heart Monitoring monitoring for fat loss

Is there a way that I can use the Wyze Band to monitor and report my heart rate continuously to help keep it within 60-70% of max heart rate for best fat loss chance?

I want to exercise for 30-45 minutes at that level of heart rate? Thanks!
